Development
of a unified strategic sourcing initiative under the guidance
of the Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide Chief Operating Officer.
Interactive
subject matter expert and lead on a cross-agency, multi-discipline
team also consisting of representatives from Operations, Database,
Print Production and Procurement, and Broadcast Production.
Established a new practice for operational efficiency and value-enhancing
management of all Partner and Vendor relationships by defining
and aligning processes to leverage the agency’s $390 million
annual purchasing scale.
Scope of partnerships to include external third parties, affiliate
agencies within the Publicis Groupe, client business partners
and global Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett locations.
Created and managed an extensive vendor contact database, including
all partner capabilities, work examples and communication records,
as well as relevant documentation: RFI, RFP, RFQ, Non-Disclosure
Agreements, Information Security documents, Master Service Agreements,
Standard Provisions. Evaluation and monitoring of vendor performance
and compliance with standards.
Collaborated with agency Legal and Production representatives
to author a new Interactive Standard Provisions contract, serving
as a baseline master agreement for partnerships.

Project
